DESCRIPTION
The CAVEA 300 semiautomatic wire-hooder is intended for small bottling companies that need productions up to 300-400 bottles/hour*.
(*the actual production volume of a semiautomatic machine depends on the skills of the operator using it).
The machine is entirely pneumatically operated and consists of a base equipped with a wire-hooding turret with bottle holding cup adjustable height, which allows a rapid format change when processing a different bottle.
The wire-hooding machine offers an effective solution for those who need to apply metal 4-post wire-hoods with or without cap on the cork of bottles filled with fermented or sparkling drinks including sparkling wine, champagne, prosecco, beer, cider, and kombucha.
The wire-hoods are fed manually into the wire-hooding head. After this working cycle, the bottle is wire-hooded yet without the bending of the eyelet, operation to be performed manually.
All components of our machines are designed to be easily accessible and inspectable to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance thus ensuring a long life.
Like all OMBF machines, this model is manufactured entirely of stainless steel, food graded plastic material, and steel alloys, in compliance with the regulations in force.
The machine conforms to Machinery Directive 2006/42 CE.
