DESCRIPTION
The CAVEA 1500 automatic wire-hooding machine is intended for small bottling companies that need productions up to 1,500 bottles/hour.
The machine consists of a base equipped with a wire-hooding turret with bottle holding cup adjustable height, which allows a rapid format change when processing a different bottle.
The wire-hooding machine offers an effective solution for those who need to apply metal 4-post wire-hoods with or without cap on the cork of bottles filled with fermented or sparkling drinks including sparkling wine, champagne, prosecco, beer, cider, and kombucha.
The standard machine is equipped with a mini revolver magazine with a capacity of 1,000 pieces. As an alternative, the machine can be equipped with a revolver magazine containing 2,000 pieces or with a bottom load vertical magazine containing 2,500 pieces.
All components of our machines are designed to be easily accessible and inspectable to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance thus ensuring a long life.
Like all OMBF machines, this model is manufactured entirely of stainless steel, food graded plastic material, and steel alloys, in compliance with the regulations in force.
The machine conforms to Machinery Directive 2006/42 CE.
