DESCRIPTION
The Semiautomatic Monoblock for “Tirage” is intended for small and medium-sized bottling companies that need productions up to 400 bottles/hour.
(*the actual production volume of a semiautomatic machine strongly depends on the skills of the operator using it and the characteristics of the product to be bottled).
The machine results to be an effective solution for those who must fill bottles with products such as still drinks and products subject to fermentation in the bottle, champagne and effervescent wine obtained with classical method (champenoise).
The machine consists of a single base equipped with a rinsing station, an gravity filler and a closing turret for crown caps; the turrets are equipped with bottle holding cups with adjustable heights that allow processing bottles of various formats.
The 4-valve gravitational filler is suitable for the gravity filling. The lift and descent of the bottles are controlled by means of 4 levers.
It is possible to perform the filling of other types of products by adding the suitable accessories allowing the low depression and high vacuum filling.
The crown caps are fed automatically through descent canal in the closing head. As an alternative it is possible to equip the machine with a vibration hopper.
The closing head made of hardened steel takes the crown cap from the chute and inserts it into the closing cone for 26 or 29mm crown caps.
When the machine is used for the production of Classic Method sparkling wines or champagne Méthode Champenoise, a bidule must be inserted manually before the closure with crown cap.
All components of our machines are designed to be easily accessible and inspectable to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance thus ensuring a long life.
Like all OMBF machines, this model is entirely manufactured of stainless steel, food quality plastic materials, and steel alloys, in compliance with the regulations in force concerning the “Materials and Articles in contact with Food”, MOCA: EC 1935/2004 Regulation.
The machine conforms to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
OMBF, a mechanical engineering company operating in the oenological sector, has always focused on offering customized machinery. To do so we equip our standard machines with suitable accessories or even examine with the customer the feasibility of expressly designed machines able to meet the specific requirements of any production line of the beverage and wine sector.
The teams of OMBF technical and trade departments are available to offer the customer an effective solution.
