Semiautomatic Triblock - SPARKLING RTG 400

The SPARKLING RTG 400 Semiautomatic Triblock brings together on a single oenological machine the isobaric filler, the corker for champagne corks and wine corks, and the wire-hooding machine for 4-post wire-hoods with or without caps.

DESCRIPTION

The SPARKLING RTG 400 Semiautomatic Triblock is intended for small and medium-sized bottling companies that need productions up to 400 bottles/hour for the isobaric filling and up to 800 bottles/hour for the corking and wire-hooding functions*. (*the actual production volume of a semiautomatic machine depends on the skill of the operator using it and on the characteristics of the product to be bottled).

The machine consists of a single base equipped with three modules: isobaric filler, corking turret and wire-hooding machine with bottle-holding cups adjustable in height that allow processing several bottle formats.

The 4-valve isobaric filler is equipped with a tank with maximum working pressure of 5 bar. The turret is predisposed for the installation of single and double pre-evacuation systems for the aspiration of the oxygen from the bottle. In the version with the automatic management of the cycles, a control display allows adjusting the aspiration times, duration of CO2 injection, and the number of injections intuitively.

The times and the repetition of the degassing cycles before the closure of the bottle are regulated during the depressurization preceding the corking. The level of the product in the bottle depends on the length of the level pipes.
The machine is designed to process glass bottles, yet it is possible to use it also for PET bottles and aluminium can by mounting specific accessories

This Triblock is intended for fermented or sparkling drinks such as sparkling wine, champagne, cider prosecco, beer, and kombucha, yeti t is a versatile solutions for those who must bottle and close also still drinks and wines with the same machine; both champagne corks and wine corks can be processed without any structural modification of the corking head.

The corker is equipped with tube for the manual infeed of corks with a capacity of about 10 corks*; in alternative, the machine can be equipped with a mini revolver loader with 10 tubes with a capacity of 100-120 cork* (*depending on the height of the cork used).

The wire-hooding station can apply 4-post wire-hoods with or without cap. The wire-hoods are fed automatically in the rotating wire-hooding heads. The cycle is completed with the closure of the bottle by twisting the ring to form and bend the eyelet. The standard machine is equipped with a single magazine containing 250 wire-hoods while a manual revolver magazine with 9 wire-hoods holding rods for a capacity of 1,000 wire-hoods can be supplied as an option to order.

All components of our machines are designed to be easily accessible and inspectable to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance thus ensuring a long life.

Like all OMBF machines, this model is entirely manufactured of stainless steel, food quality plastic materials, and steel alloys, in compliance with the regulations in force concerning the “Materials and Articles in contact with Food”, MOCA: EC 1935/2004 Regulation.

The machine conforms to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
