DESCRIPTION
The SPARKLING RTG 800 automatic Triblock is intended for small and medium-sized bottling companies that need productions in automatic mode up to 500-600 bottles/hour.
The machine consists of a single base supporting three modules: an isobaric filler, a corking turret and a wire-hooding turret – All turrets are adjustable in height, which allows processing various bottle formats.
The 6-valve isobaric filler is equipped with a tank with maximum working pressure of 5 bar. The filling turret is predisposed for the installation of single or double pre-evacuation systems for the elimination of the oxygen from the bottle. In the version with the automatic management of the working cycles, a control display allows regulating intuitively the parameters of the different stages of the filling cycle.
The aspiration times, the duration of the CO 2 injection as well as the number of injections are set during the pre-evacuation of the oxygen from the bottle, whereas the times and the number of the degassing cycles are set during the depressurization before the closure of the bottle. The level of the product in the bottle is regulated by the length of the level pipes.
Even if designed for fermented or sparkling drinks such as sparkling wine, champagne, prosecco, beer, cider, and kombucha, this triblock is a versatile solution for those who have to bottle and to cork also still drinks and wines with the same machine. Both champagne corks and wine corks can be applied without any structural modification to the closing head of the corker. The closure with wine corks requires only the installation of the suitable kit and the deactivation of the wire-hooding turret to have only the corking turret working.
The corks can be fed in different ways, either through an orienting unit/automatic cork feeder for unidirectional and bidirectional corks or through a mechanical hopper in case of exclusive use of bidirectional corks.
The automatic wire-hooding station is designed for the application and closure of 4-post wire-hoods with our without cap and is equipped with 9-tube revolver magazine with a capacity of 2,000 pieces.
All components of our machines are designed to be easily accessible and inspectable to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance thus ensuring a long life.
Like all OMBF machines, this model is entirely manufactured of stainless steel, food quality plastic materials, and steel alloys, in compliance with the regulations in force concerning the “Materials and Articles in contact with Food”, MOCA: EC 1935/2004 Regulation.
The machine conforms to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
OMBF, a mechanical engineering company operating in the oenological sector, has always focused on offering customized machinery. To do so we equip our standard machines with suitable accessories or even examine with the customer the feasibility of expressly designed machines able to meet the specific requirements of any production line of the beverage and wine sector.
The teams of OMBF technical and trade departments are available to offer the customer an effective solution.
