DESCRIPTION
The DECO 600 semiautomatic uncorking machine is intended for small bottling companies that need production volumes up to 600 bottles/hour*. (*The actual production volume of a semiautomatic machine strongly depends on the skill of the operator using it).
The pneumatically operated machine consists of a base supporting an uncorking turret and a bottle holding plate with adjustable height that allows performing rapid format changes in case of bottles with different heights.
This Semiautomatic Uncorking machine is an effective option for those who must remove the wine corks from full bottles to proceed to recover the product contained in them.
The cork is extracted from the bottle by means of a corkscrew and is conveyed outside the machine through an ejection canal.
All components of our machines are designed to be easily accessible and inspectable to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance thus ensuring a long life.
Like all OMBF machines, this model is manufactured entirely of stainless steel, food graded plastic material, and steel alloys, in compliance with the regulations in force.
