DESCRIPTION
The DECO 2000 Automatic uncorking machine is designed for bottling companies that need production volumes up to 1,600-2,000 bottles/hour.
The pneumatically operated machine consists of a base supporting an uncorking turret with adjustable height that allows processing various bottle formats.
This Automatic Uncorking Machine is an effective option for those who must remove the corks from full bottles, to proceed to recover the product contained in them.
The cork is extracted from the bottle by means of a corkscrew and is conveyed outside the machine through an ejection canal.
All components of our machines are designed to be easily accessible and inspectable to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance thus ensuring a long life.
Like all OMBF machines, this model is manufactured entirely of stainless steel, food graded plastic material, and steel alloys, in compliance with the regulations in force.
The machine conforms to Machinery Directive 2006/42 CE.
