DESCRIPTION
The DELTA semiautomatic machine is intended for small botting enterprises that need a production volume of 500-550 bottles/hour*. (*the actual production volume depends on the skills of the operator using the machine and the characteristics of the wine).
The DELTA model is an effective solution for those who must complete the processing of bottle-fermented drinks including sparkling wine, champagne and cider after the riddling.
The machine consists of a base equipped with all necessary systems for the processing of the products according to the Traditional Method/Méthode Champenoise:
AUTOMATIC DISGORGING: pneumatic removal of the crown cap and bidule (PVC-free virgin polyethylene stopper perfectly adhering to the neck of the bottle to ensure tightness) with the consequent ejection of the deposits; system for the temporary closure of the bottle to avoid an exceeding loss of wine. Possibility of performing the disgorgement with the traditional “à la volée” technique or processing bottles submitted to neck freezing.
OUTPOUR -FOAM REMOVAL: removal of the exceeding foam; adjustable wine emptying level; transfer of the removed wine to a tank containing the product used for the topping up.
DOSING OF THE LIQUEUR: adjustable dosing device for the injection of the desired quantity of liqueur d’expédition into the bottle (from 0 to 6 cl); adjustable dosing speed; device ensuring the perfect dosage of the liqueur.
TOPPING UP of the bottle by introducing the necessary quantity of wine through the gravity filling system.
Automatic bottle transfer between stations. Machine available also in the version with automated bottle discharge.
All components of our machines are designed to be easily accessible and inspectable to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance thus ensuring a long life.
Like all OMBF machines, this model is entirely manufactured of stainless steel, food quality plastic materials, and steel alloys, in compliance with the regulations in force concerning the “Materials and Articles in contact with Food”, MOCA: EC 1935/2004 Regulation.
The machine conforms to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
OMBF, a mechanical engineering company operating in the oenological sector, has always focused on offering customized machinery. To do so we equip our standard machines with suitable accessories or even examine with the customer the feasibility of expressly designed machines able to meet the specific requirements of any production line of the beverage and wine sector.
The teams of OMBF technical and trade departments are available to offer the customer an effective solution.
