DESCRIPTION
The UNI-THECA 4+4 Automatic Rotary Capsuling Machine, now our top-of-the-range product of the THECA series, is designed for the bottling companies needing capacities from 4.500 to 7.000 bottles/hour*. (*depending on the configuration determined by the type of caps).
The machine consists of two turrets: the former, which distributes the caps, bears 4 bells with rotating movement, the latter is equipped for the installation of 4 shrink-heads and/or 4 spin-on heads. The format change in case of different caps does not require the physical substitution of the heads, yet the simple rotation by 45° of the whole assembly.
The regulation of the height of the turrets allows processing various bottle formats.
This automatic capsuling machine is an effective solution for the customers who need to apply caps of various types on glass containers filled with products such as still wine, sparkling wine, oil and vinegar.
The standard machine is equipped with a horizontal magazine containing the caps, In alternative, the machine can be equipped with a bottom loading vertical magazine.
All components of our machines are designed to be easily accessible and inspectable to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance thus ensuring a long life.
Like all OMBF machines, this model is manufactured entirely of stainless steel, food graded plastic material, and steel alloys, in compliance with the regulations in force.
The machine conforms to Machinery Directive 2006/42 CE
OMBF, a mechanical engineering company operating in the oenological sector, has always focused on offering customized machinery. To do so we equip our standard machines with suitable accessories or even examine with the customer the feasibility of expressly designed machines able to meet the specific requirements of any production line of the beverage and wine sector.
