DESCRIPTION
The UNI-THECA 1 capsuling machine is designed for small and medium-sized bottling companies that need capacities from 1,200 to 3,000 bottles/hour*.(*depending on the configuration of the machine required by the type of caps).
The machine consists of one turret bearing a single bell with a tilting movement for the distribution and one turret for the crimping of the caps. The machine can be equipped with interchangeable heads used depending on the type of caps to be applied.
The regulation of the height of the turrets allows processing different bottle formats.
This automatic capsuling machine is an effective solution for producers who need to apply various types of caps on glass containers filled with products such as still wine, sparkling wine, sparkling wine, champagne, prosecco, cider, oil, vinegar, and kombucha.
The standard machine is equipped with a horizontal magazine storing the caps. As an alternative, the machine can be equipped with a bottom loading vertical magazine.
In case of configuration for the distribution, pleating and smoothing of champagne foils, it is possible to equip the machine with a suitable device for the positioning of texts or symbols on the champagne foils in the correct position with respect to the four pleats. The centring system consists of a contrast sensor (coloured spot) and/or a luminescence sensor (UV spot).
All components of our machines are designed to be easily accessible and inspectable to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance thus ensuring a long life.
Like all OMBF machines, this model is manufactured entirely of stainless steel, food graded plastic material, and steel alloys, in compliance with the regulations in force.
The machine conforms to Machinery Directive 2006/42 CE
OMBF, a mechanical engineering company operating in the oenological sector, has always focused on offering customized machinery. To do so we equip our standard machines with suitable accessories or even examine with the customer the feasibility of expressly designed machines able to meet the specific requirements of any production line of the beverage and wine sector.
The teams of OMBF technical and trade departments are available to offer the customer an effective option.
