Privacy Policy

INFORMATION PURSUANT ART. 13 OF THE (EU) REGULATION 2016/679.

b) The personal data collected shall be processed both by means of paperwork and digital archives (including portable devices) only to provide the service object of the contract entered into by the parties (i.e. to implement pre-contractual measures in case the data have been collected but the contract has not been stipulated yet), as well as (only when accepted the proposal mentioned below), also for the insertion in the list of the addressees of the communications of new initiatives and promotional offers;

c) The legal basis of the treatment is described at art. 6 paragraph 1) letter b) of the (EU) Regulation 2016/679 according to which the data processing is lawful when it is necessary for the of execution a contract of which the person concerned is a party or to the implementation of pre-contractual measures adopted on demand that person;

d) In case also the consent to receive information material concerning new initiatives or promotional material of the company, according to the provisions under this information, for such further activities the legal basis of the data processing is the consent, as per art. 6 paragraph 1) letter b) of the (EU) Regulation 2016/679, given by subscribing the authorization below this information.

e) The data shall be processed by the employees and the collaborators of the Controller, as well as by external persons in charge and their employees and collaborators within the limits of the parts strictly indispensable to provide the service requested and agreed in the contract and, in any case, to comply with the obligations taken with the contract entered between the parties (i.e. implement the pre-contractual measures requested in case the data have been collected but the contract has not been
stipulated yet);

f) The data will be processed by the employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, as well as by appointed external Bodies and their employees and collaborator limited to the strict minimum required to comply with the legal obligations, including fiscal obligations;

g) By way of example but not of limitation, the data can be processed on behalf of the Controller by personnel in charge of the processing, such as fiscal consultants, legal advisors, technical consultants, digital information companies in charge of the maintenance of the information system, and companies and third parties in charge of the implementation of this contract;

h) In case also the consent to receiving information about the activity of the company or, in any case, promotional material, as provided for at the end of this information, for those further activities the data shall be processed by employees and collaborators of the Controller, as well as External appointed Bodies and their employees and collaborators limited to the strict minimum to send the authorised communications;

i) The Data shall be processed for the time needed to provide the contractual services agreed and then the data shall be stored pursuant the provisions of the law until all mutual rights arisen under the contract are prescribed and until they are to be stored according to the provisions of the fiscal norms and any further provision of the law;

j) When the consent is given to receive information and promotional material, as provided for below this information, for those further activities the data shall be stored pursuant to the norms of the law until the terms for which the consent has been given is expired or in any case until the consent is withdrawn as communicated by the person concerned;

k) Some of the data required for the implementation of the contract can fall within the categories of personal data under art. 9 of the (EU) Regulation 2016/679 (personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, and the processing of data concerning health or sex life, genetic and biometric data identifying a physical person unambiguously) that cannot be processed without the explicit consent of the person concerned or if no other circumstances as per paragraph 2 of the mentioned art. 9 occur;

l) The parties concerned shall have the right to request the Data Controller the accesso to the personal data and the correction or cancellation of them or the limitation of the processing related to them or to object to the processing;

m) The parties concerned shall have the right to request the portability of the data;

n) The parties shall have the right to withdraw the consent at any moment without prejudice to the lawfulness of the data processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;

p) The failure to communicate the personal data requested or the withdrawal of the consent to the data processing implies the impossibility to supply the performance agreed and the pre-contractual performances;

q) The Data Controller does not have the intention to transfer the Personal Data to a third Country outside the European Union.

 

DATA PROCESSED 

Surfing data 

During their regular operation, the information systems and the software procedures implemented for the operation of this web site acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the communication protocols of the Internet.  Those data are not collected to be associated to the users identified, yet their nature could enable identifying the users through data processing and association performed by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or the names at domain of the computers used by the users connecting to the website, the addresses in URI  (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the dimension of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successfully completed, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operational system and the information environment of the user. The data collected in this way could be used to ascertain responsibilities in case of computer crimes against the website.   

Data supplied directly by the user   

The data collected through explicit, optional and voluntary information as requested by various sections of the present site are used to process the requests of the user (including but not limited to, e.g. when information and clarifications are requested by phoning to the numbers indicated on the site or writing to email addresses on the website in home page or in the internal page – e.g. “contacts”  – or when a curriculum vitae is sent spontaneously to propose oneself as a candidate). Specific synthetic information are reported or visualized in the web pages of the site predisposed for the service on demand, to draw the attention of the user on the processing of his personal data. 

 

COOKIES 

No personal data of the users are acquired on purpose by the site.

No cookies are used for the transmission of information of personal data, neither so-called persistent cookies of any type  are used, i. e. systems to track the users.

The use of session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the computer of the user and are deleted while closing the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identification data (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow the safe and efficient surfing of the site. The so-called session cookies used in this web site avoid using other information techniques potentially dangerous for the privacy of the users’ surfing and do not allow collecting personal data identifying the user.
